Taking the steps towards healing can feel like diving head first into cold water; initially, it might feel uncomfortable, but as you immerse yourself, you gradually begin to adapt and find rejuvenation in its depths. As a limited-licensed professional counselor, it is my goal to help you take that first plunge.

Whether you're facing anxiety, depression, relationship issues, or navigating major life transitions, I am here to provide support, guidance, and encouragement every step of the way. With a compassionate and client-centered approach, I strive to create a safe and non-judgmental space where you can explore your thoughts, feelings, and experiences. I consider myself an integrative and multicultural therapist, and draw from many evidence-based approaches. These include but are not limited to Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and solution-focused therapy. In addition to talk therapy, I incorporate creative modalities such as art and play techniques. I have worked with people from a variety of different backgrounds and have experience with children, adolescents, and adults.

I believe that the therapeutic process is a collaborative effort, especially since you are the expert on your own life and experiences. Together, we can come up with a treatment strategy that best fits your needs and personal goals. Jumping into your healing journey can seem daunting, but you do not have to do it alone. I would love to get in touch to see if we would be a good fit!
